Why Am I in Hungary:
From my childhood God has been moving in my heart to
develop a burden for those who do not have a
relationship with Him. The message of peace and hope
that the gospel gives is a message that every man,
woman and child should have the privilege of hearing
and understanding! Through the process of hearing the
story of Hudson Taylor at age seven, to spending
summers and vacations on short-term mission projects,
my desire to take this message to the world has steadily
increased. I am privileged to be a part of God's plan to
take the gospel of Jesus Christ to a country where there
are few candles lighting the darkness. God has called
me to be involved in church planting in Hungary.
Hungary is former communist and though the gospel
went to Hungary early in their history the nation is now
less than 2 % evangelical Christian. They are in
desperate need of representatives of the gospel of
Jesus Christ. Currently there is one pastor or evangelist
for every 21,500 people!

Who Am I:
My name is Rachelle Sperling. At a young age I realized
that I needed a relationship with God through His Son
Jesus Christ.
I've lived in California, Missouri, Colorado, Oregon,
Florida and currently reside in Budapest, Hungary.
I attended Moorpark College and studied Equestrian
Science. In 1993 I decided to follow a different pathway
and began attending Multnomah Bible College in
Portland, Oregon. I graduated with a Bachelors degree
in Biblical Education.
I love cats and horses. My cat, Gus, accompanied me
on my move to Hungary.
My hobbies include reading, singing and photography.
